Shipping policy
We want your gear to arrive fast and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time but plan to expand in the future.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@prizeform.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PRIZE FORM is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
